OBJECTIVE

Compassionate Health Options reach out to us to create a patient management and marketing system. The system helps the company manage their repository of patient, schedule appointments across all clinics, manage patient medical records and track users doctor visits transcripts electronically.

The fully secure and HIPA complaint electronic medical record (EMR) and appointment system, was designed to allow not only clinic admins, and physicians manage appointments, and feel electronic medical forms, but grants patients access to schedule appointments, fill medical forms if needed all from a secure and user friendly environment.

The solution was built ontop of the open source symfony framework.
